How To Use: Apply lipliner to the natural lip line. For thin lips, apply lipliner outside of the natural lip line. For full lips, apply lipliner just inside of the natural lip line. For uneven lips, apply lipliner by first drawing two dots at the highest points on the top lip and two dots at the lowest points on the bottom lip, then connect the dots for a perfect overall shape.
